Eligibility for Refund

You are eligible for a full refund if:

• You request a refund within 7 days of your purchase date
• The software does not work as described on your system
• You are not satisfied with the product for any reason

How to Request a Refund

1. Email us at support@estoriz.shop within 7 days of purchase
2. Include your Order ID from your purchase confirmation email
3. Briefly describe the reason for your refund request
4. We will process your refund within 2-3 business days
5. Amount credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days

Non-Refundable Situations

• Refund requests made after 7 days of purchase
• If the license key has been shared or misused
• Renewal charges unless requested within 7 days of renewal

License Revocation

Upon successful refund, your license key will be deactivated within 24 hours and all activated devices will revert to trial mode.
