By accessing or using estoriz.shop, purchasing any software license, or downloading any software from our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

3. Software Licenses

All software sold on Estoriz is licensed, not sold. When you purchase a license, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software as per the license terms:

• Annual License: Valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. Includes all updates released during the license period.
• Perpetual License: Valid for lifetime use of the current version. Includes updates for 1 year from purchase date.
• Business License: Valid for 1 year and allows up to 5 device activations within your organization.

4. Device Activations

Each license key allows activation on a limited number of devices as specified at the time of purchase. You may deactivate a device to transfer the license to another device. Attempting to exceed the activation limit or share license keys is a violation of these terms and may result in license revocation without refund.

5. Payment and Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We accept UPI, credit cards, debit cards, and net banking. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the listed amount to your selected payment method.

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all software purchases. To request a refund:

• Contact us at support@estoriz.shop within 7 days of purchase
• Provide your order ID and reason for the refund
• Upon approval, the license key will be revoked and the amount refunded within 5-7 business days

Refunds will not be issued after 7 days of purchase or if the license has been used to export more than 10 files.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software
• Share, resell, or redistribute license keys
• Use the software to process illegal, harmful, or copyrighted content without authorization
• Attempt to circumvent license validation or trial limitations
• Use automated tools to abuse the trial system

All software, logos, trademarks, and content on estoriz.shop are the exclusive property of Asia Vision Pacific Private Limited. Rudrova, Chitraz, and Estoriz are trademarks of Asia Vision Pacific Private Limited. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our software is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. While we strive to ensure the software works as described, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for any data loss, hardware damage, or other issues arising from the use of our software.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Asia Vision Pacific Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the software in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Privacy

We collect your email address and payment information solely to process your order and deliver your license key. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Your data is processed in accordance with applicable Indian data protection laws including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
