Privacy Policy – Word Warriors

Last updated: 6 November 2026

Word Warriors ("the game") is an action game that teaches English words, made by Asia Vision Pacific Private Limited. It is meant for players aged 13 or older. This policy explains what information the game uses. We keep it to the minimum the game needs.

1. Information stored on your device

Your progress (levels won, stars, lives, gold mohurs, your Daily Word streak, settings and similar) is saved only on your own device. It is not sent to us. Uninstalling the game deletes it. The game has no account, no sign-in and no chat, and it does not ask for your contacts, photos, microphone or location.

2. The Academy certificate

When you pass the Estoriz Academy test, the game asks for the name to print on your certificate. The name and the certificate stay on your device. If you choose to save or share the certificate, it is saved or shared only where you choose; it is not sent to us.

3. Level downloads

To keep the app small, later levels are downloaded the first time you open them, from our download server (packs.chitraz.com, run on Cloudflare). Like any website, the server receives your device's IP address and the file asked for, in order to deliver it. We do not use this to identify you. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

4. Advertisements

The game only shows an advertisement when the player chooses to watch one (to get up again after a defeat, for a quiz hint, to double the gold mohurs won, or to keep a Daily Word streak). There are no ads between levels and ads never interrupt play. Ads are provided by Unity Ads, and the game asks Unity for non-personalised ads only (no consent is given for interest-based advertising).

To show and count ads, cap how often they appear and prevent fraud, Unity may process limited technical information such as the device type, operating system, IP address, app version and device identifiers. See Unity's Privacy Policy.

5. Purchases

Optional purchases (lives, the Starter Pack, the Warrior Pass subscription and Academy entry) are handled completely by Google Play on Android and by the Apple App Store on iPhone and iPad. We never see or store your payment details. The game only receives a confirmation of what was bought, so it can give it to you. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time in Google Play or the App Store.

6. Age

The game is for players aged 13 or older. It has sword fights and some blood. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and the game has no way to talk to or share personal information with other players.

7. Sharing

We do not sell or rent any information. Information is only processed by the service providers named above (Unity Ads, Cloudflare, Google Play, Apple App Store), and only to run the features described.

8. Deleting your data

Everything the game keeps is on your device and is removed when you uninstall it (or when you clear the app's data in your phone's settings). We keep no game data about you on our side. If you have a question, email us and we will reply within 30 days.

9. Changes

If this policy changes (for example when the game adds accounts or cloud save), the new version will be posted on this page with a new date before the change reaches the game.
